Tax Resolution
Back taxes, liens, levies, wage garnishments and audit notices, handled by a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist who deals with the IRS so you don’t have to.
An IRS letter does not have to be the worst news of your year. Our Certified Tax Resolution Specialists and licensed CPAs represent individuals and businesses in front of the IRS and California tax agencies: stopping the collection pressure, getting the facts straight, and negotiating the best resolution the law allows.

Common questions
What is a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist?+
A CTRS is a credential awarded to practitioners who demonstrate specialized experience and testing in IRS representation and collection matters. Combined with CPA and Enrolled Agent licenses on the team, it means your case is handled by people whose day job is resolving exactly this kind of problem.
Can you really settle for less than I owe?+
Sometimes. An Offer in Compromise is based on a strict formula built around your reasonable collection potential. We run the numbers honestly before promising anything, and if you do not qualify, we tell you and we build the next-best plan instead.
How fast can a garnishment be stopped?+
It depends on the facts, but the first step is establishing representation and opening a dialogue with the assigned revenue officer. In many cases collection activity can be paused while a resolution is negotiated.
Will you talk to the IRS for me?+
Yes. Once Form 2848 is on file, IRS correspondence and calls come to us instead of to you.
